FlipTheBid is an informational directory and set of guides. We do not run auctions, sell goods, process payments, or act as an agent for any buyer, seller, auction site or government agency. Any purchase you make happens on a third-party site under that site's terms.

We try to keep listings current, but auction sites change their fees, policies and URLs. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stain Print LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or money, arising from your use of the Site or any third-party site linked from it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stain Print LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
