FlipFlipTheBid is a free directory of places to buy below market and the marketplaces to resell on. It covers government surplus, vehicle and salvage auctions, storage unit auctions, liquidation pallets, estate sales and online auction houses, plus the tools resellers use every day.
The site is run by Johnny Morgan through Stain Print LLC, a small business based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We started it because the good sources are scattered across dozens of websites, and beginners waste time and money figuring out which ones are legitimate and how their fees work.
How we pick listings
- We list sites that are established, publicly accessible and useful to everyday buyers and resellers.
- Every listing includes a practical tip, often about fees, pickup rules or how to find less competition.
- Some listings are affiliate partners and are clearly marked. Partner status never changes our tips, and many of the most useful sites we list pay us nothing.
- We check links periodically. If something is out of date, please tell us.
Local focus
We live in the Upstate, so we include a section for Spartanburg, Greenville and South Carolina sources. The rest of the directory is useful anywhere in the US.
What we are not
FlipTheBid does not run auctions, sell items, or act on behalf of any auction site or government agency. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and we never promise income. Buying at auction carries real risk.
